Consumer rights and cancellation

You have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

Cancellation period: Unless an exception applies, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@epicpeptides.co.uk with your order details.

Exceptions to the right to cancel: The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
• Products that are perishable or that by their nature cannot be returned.
• Customised or bespoke products.
• Products which, once supplied, are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Given the research nature of our products, certain items may fall within these exceptions once unsealed. Please contact us before returning any product.

Faulty or misdescribed goods: If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Returns and refunds

Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage costs for cancelled orders are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
